As passionate foodies it is only natural that we here at Deep Roots Farm decided that garlic was going to be our main crop. Garlic is an exceptional produce with a number of different medicinal and health benefits not to mention its delicious. We take our garlic very seriously here on the farm. We currently grow four different hard necked varieties and we are ever expanding our selection.
